Hi all,
We are moving to PBC next month. We are looking to rent initially, and have whittled our choices down to these two options. Archstone is in Royal Palm Beach, just north of Okeechobee and Royal Palm Blvd. Abacoa is Palm Beach Gardens, or maybe Jupiter (Donald Ross Rd.).

Does anybody have any opinions on these two complexes? We have been to the car show at Abacoa and so are somewhat familiar with that area, and like it, but Archstone is unknown to us.
Thanks,
Smidhja
PS - we are in the 55+ crowd, but don't want that type of community

We lived at the vintage abacoa and loved the place. very close to I95 and the turnpike in case you have to commute, great schools, safe area and near to palm beach gardens and the beach, moved due to purchasing a home, but would go back any time if we have to. management is great and the area is very well mantained in general. hope this help

vintage is in abacoa Jupiter. Donald Ross is the divider of palm beach gardens and Jupiter. I own a property in Legends right across the street from vintage. That area is great, lots of shopping close by (publix plaza, donald ross village, downtown abacoa etc). I would highly recommend that location

Just an update - we took the above positive feedback to heart, moved into The Vintage and are very happy with it. So much so we renewed our initial 7 month lease and went with a year this time. A great place if you have a dog. Just about everyone is very responsible with their pets. As an aside, these apartments are very well-built - we almost never hear our neighbors. My wife feels quite safe here.
