Anyone know a realtor who does Seasonal Rentals? (Kings Point: leasing agent, adult)

Im looking for my parents from Jan-April in an adult community..They are wanting to look in Kings Point in Delray!! Anyone know of a Realtor that will do a seasonal rental? Ive called a few that I know but they dont do them..

Thanks in advance...we called the leasing agent at kings point however no offense but she is like 100 yrs old and well hasnt been of any assistance..

If you go on Langs website and look under rentals. Put Kings Point in and there are many pages of rentals for that community. Some may be year only but I am thinking some will be seasonal. Then one of the agents could probably show you a bunch of them or may even know of one not listed.
