I've posted about it before because most folks don't know we're here! We've lived here for 11 years and I'm happy to say that the neighborhood hasn't changed very much since then, except for the fact that the kids are growing up and there have been some new babies born! We know our neighbors and folks watch out for one another. We have Egg Hunts and holiday progressive dinners. Kids can ride bikes to the local elementary school and catch the bus at the resident entrance for the middle school. We have grocery stores and Target close by but we drive to either Boynton or Wellington for mall shopping or "big box" stores. We have two libraries within 10 minutes drive, many churches and temples, the YMCA and the JCC. Come on down and take a look. There are only a few houses for sale in here right now (that I know of) - you should be able to find something for the mid 300's.

what public school is it zoned for and are there hoa fees (and are the low/high)? thanks )))))

The public elementary school is Coral Reef, the middle school is Woodlands and the high school is Park Vista.

Our HOA is pretty low key. We pay $325 per quarter. That covers the common areas (pool, tennis, basketball, security gates etc.) plus our basic cable TV!
