Businesses or residential?

A lot of historic residential and coastal West Palm Beach and Lake Worth has an old Florida feel.

As for businesses, Sundy House in Delray Beach, Howley's Diner in West Palm Beach... Key Lime House in Lantana.

I was thinking more business than residential. Although I love to ride around looking at all the cool old houses in PBC.
Forgot about The Key Lime House.

John G's and Toojay's. Ok they're not that old but they've been around forever, and there's not a lot that was built in PBC before the air conditioning was built. Palm Beach feels pretty old and regal though, at least on Worth Ave. In terms of parts of PBC that just feel old compared with the way almost everything in PBC was built since around 1980, downtown Lake Worth has older buildings though I don't know when it was built up, maybe the 50's or 60's.

Areas further north like the Orlando and Tampa areas have older buildings. Key West feels ancient with all its rickety old houses with tin roofs.

The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority actually runs a historic trolley tour of notable historic locales in the area. Look it up, might be a nice weekend thing.

John G's still makes excellent food! Still creates a line for breakfast.
Does anyone remember the OLD Pier Resturant, and when the tunnel was open that allowed you to walk under ground from the pool side and wind up right out on the beach????
Those were the days
