Is runaway bay apartments a good area to live?

What about Ashley Lake park apartments?

What about the cove at boynton beach?

What about savannah lakes in boynton beach?

Village Place in West palm?

Windward at the villages?

Please let me know if these places are in good areas or not and around things to do. I am in my 20's and would like to be near downtown!

I have to give you a quick story about Runaway Bay. When my now wife and I were looking to move to the area we decided to look at Runaway Bay. We toured a model that was set up and thought it was very nice. Well we returned to our home in Tampa and a few days later I was messing around on the computer and happened upon unsolved crimes on the Fl Dpet of LE web site. Sure enough, I located a double homicide that occurred some time back at the apartments. It was a crazy coincidence that just days before we were looking at the models. We viewed the apartment a second time and I mentioned the unsolved homicides to the sales person and they were unaware. Anyway we wound up finding another place that we liked more and moved there. I'll let you know we wound up moving into the Florida Apartment Club and lived there for 4 years with no problems.

While I am not from the area, I did look at Runaway Bay recently. While I did not rent there because they did not have any small one bedrooms available, I found the area to be okay, but that is just my personal opinion. No matter where you go you are going to run into crime and low lives although it might be few and far between in some areas. Last year I lived in an apartment complex in Newark, Delaware called Studio Green. A new company bought out the complex and renamed it. Apparently there were "murders" there and it was a hotbed of criminal activity. I lived there for a year with no problems, no one ever solicited me, my car was never broken into, and besides the occasional loudness of being near the stairs, it was fine. The city The point is that you need to be aware of your surroundings and take things for what they are.

My advice to you is drive by the complex and check out the area if you can. Also do some research on crime in the area, and my favorite, google the complex and see what comes up.
