Relocating to Boca this summer. Looking for good elementary school. Is JCMitchell any good? I heard there are 8 Kindergarten classes this year.
Or should I look for private school?

I was thinking the same thing..lol I know nothing about JCMitchell but I can tell you I would not personally send my child or children to Boca Elem...If your looking for good elem schools try Del Prado, Calusa, Sandpiper and Sunrise Park..All in boca....Del Prado is Cental Boca although they say its West we are east of the turnpike and Calusa is Central Boca....the other 2 are in West Boca
I hope I can post this link its from Greatschools.net on JCmitchell

Thank you for your advise. It doesn't look good - only 7 out of 10.
The problem is that the subdivision that we are looking at is in JCMitchell boundaries. I am not sure how to apply to the schools that are not in district. I guess I have an option of private school.
If anybody else has any info on schooling - please post. Any information is very appreciated it.

There are plenty of very nice developments in the better schools...I see that JCMITCHELL also feeds into Boca Middle another school I would think twice on...for middle school you can apply for a Lottery for Don Estridge which is a very good school as well...High School is Boca High no problems there as that is an excellent HS..so if you absolutely love the development you found, and can afford private school then maybe that is your best bet at least up until High School..
