I am considering moving to Miami to impart on a "fresh start". I had a chance to visit last summer and really enjoyed it. But I have heard more bad than good of this paradise in terms of crime, AIDS, and drugs (None of which I am a fan of). I am a young professional that seeks to be around a similar crowd. If any one in this age range can give me their view points of the pros and cons of living in this area I would appreciate it. Also could you please recommend some nice areas for a young health professional with no kids. Thanks

Downtown Delray Beach might work nicely for you and it will depend on your Budget...Its not miami...Maybe try Sunny Isles that is in Broward its expensive but a really nice area with access to south beach...If you like the Miami Feel: Brickell is in my opinion is Very Nice also expensive....You might want to post in the Miami Forum and the Broward County/Ft Lauderdale Forum....
