I used to own at Bahia Delray and am glad I am out of there. My overall health and wellbeing was severely affected while living there.
The former management consisted of crooks who did absolutely nothing to maintain the complex.
During my six years there were issues with loud tenants, dog poop all over the lawns, vandalism, loud frat style parties at
the pool and most importantly the units were starting to fall apart.
The units are nice on the inside and the first round of owners were professionals and retirees of all ages but now the units
are mainly owned by investors, many don't care and do only patch -up repairs.
The new management tries extremely hard but the units were so shoddily renovated by Vivian Dimond and her team that there are enormous expenses now.
The renters are young, many in college, if your niece has a demanding job and she needs her peace and quiet, Bahia is not the place.
If she is really set on the place, tell her to get an upstairs unit, I was downstairs and could hear my neighbors cat run and he was a skinny little cat not an 18 pound bruiser.
Speaking of cats, the place is very pet friendly which is probably the biggest plus for Bahia.

Thank Kris73 for posting the info you did. I'm looking at property and this is one I considered. Does anyone know if it is still like this in Bahai~? I do own a dog but always pick up after him. What about the pet owners who happen to leave their dogs inside their condo, like if your going to the grocery...and if they bark or howl, how did the other tenants feel about that~? Was it ever a problem. My Yorkie is well-behaved, but being in another place he might whine or howl if I leave to go to the grocery, beach, etc. I'd like your thoughts~? Thanks.
