Dare I say, impossible.

More likely to find those kind of prices for a 2br in Port St. Lucie.

There are a few units available around that price point, most are in older buildings. I know units at Mallards Cove in Jupiter were going for around that price point the last time I checked. Condo conversion community with tons of fallout from the boom...

Start looking after April when the seasonal snowbirds leave and people are more likely to list their homes over the summer. Prices are artificially inflated right now due to low inventory.

Do you qualify for 55 & under housing? There are some possibilities in Tequesta

You might want to keep a watch on Chasewood condos, those were selling for about $65-$70k over the summer. Investors have been gobbling them up, so act quick when you see them.

When looking at HOA fees keep in mind many of them include water, insurance, cable. Some just include common area, so some are a better "value" than others. Also some have annual assessments for roof repairs from the hurricanes, etc so watch for that.

Also there are some homes that can be had as low as 3% down, you should check into what you can qualify for if you have not already.

According to the MLS, there are 21 available 2 br condominiums in Jupiter AND Palm Beach Gardens.

Most are 55+

Others are cheap, but have very high HOAs (anything in Eastpointe).

There's maybe 1-2 in the bunch that would qualify in a decent area that have what I'd consider reasonable HOAs... around 300/month.
