we are 30yrs old....and my gf and i have a 5 yr old girl and we are looking at moving to the WPB area...we visited jupiter, palm beach gardens and WPB. Out of those 3 we like palm beach gardens and jupiter the best...however we found a place that is economical and fits our budget...

is this place safe? we just didnt know with it being so close to 95 and PGA BLVD.

Any comments would be welcomed..

We are closer to the ocean than Fountains but chiming in as we are renting in PBG.

LOVE IT, safe safe safe.

Good luck. Happy to share all our househunting apartment hunting notes with you. dm me if you like.

Fwiw, it's a great lifestyle for all , especially the kids.

Personally, I never thought PBG would be as gorgeous and as fun as it has been. And the people living here are nice.

Perfectly fine. It's not the newest or fanciest place to live, but it's fine.

We have a 6 year old and 3 yr old and the parks, schools and programs are awesome! Gardens gets better the further north of Northlake you go. We live off PGA close to Central.
