I've heard that the entire Kings Point community is in florclosure? Is this true? Is this community safe and are all ages being accepted since they seem to be in financial hot water. Does anyone have any new info about this?

What is your issue with Kings Point? Like the previous person said you got the answer in another thread where you put this out. KP is not in foreclosure and if anything there is a shortage of condos for sale in the community. You are joking when asking is it safe there? Why don't you enlighten us all and tell us where you are getting this inside information?

I do not own a unit or live there but know the community well. There are no issues that I am am aware of. I am sure that there is always some type of tension between the board and homeowners from time to time but that is everywhere. They do not have a foreclosure issue. There are in excess of 7,000 units and maybe 150 are for sale, those numbers tell you something. Someone seems to just not like the community which is fine, just look elsewhere.

Realtor. c o m shows 125 units for sale from 22k to 199K. I'm sure there are some foreclosures in the complex but the complex itself should be fine.

When I was there earlier in the year, I found a local paper in which a lady was advertising her place. I called her and long story short we could never get together on her times I could be there to view it. She called me like there was no tomorrow and I eventually had to block her. She was desperate to sell without a relator and was a good sales lady for her to call like 3 times a day continuous. I was able to ride around in one section of it even tho it was guarded. It really looked like low-income army barracks and in bad shape on the outside. Never saw hers and I got the hell out of dodge after I saw it~!

My parents friends have huge homes in NJ who bought in their adult community since my parents live in a country club 55 Their are some in Kings Point and some who rent..they have plenty of money, they felt why spend so much for a vacation spot as they get older they wont be able to make the trip anymore....Not everyone in there is Low Income I agree they do not look very nice and I couldn't live there full time for for 4 months who cares...

Kind of a change of opinion there SM32? There was another thread where you were claiming many millionaires live there as a response to my comment that it was low income.
