Hi! My husband and I are going to look at townhomes in Palm Beach Gardens and the ones I"ve found online - new developments - are Trevi at the Gardens, Paloma and Hampton Cay. Any feedback on these developments - good reputation, location, quality, etc? Also, any others we should look at? Our price range is $300k-$500k. Thanks!

Cielo is nice as well but not brand new.
Hampton Cay puts you in walking distance to restaurants which is a nice bonus, it's also gated.
Trevi is right on the turnpike.

Thanks! I'll check out Cielo.
Didn't realize Trevi was right on the Turnpike...it is definitely cheaper than the others. Thoughts on Paloma?

Paloma is decent, we looked there several times. It's pricey for a town home though isn't it? We could not find a town home there for less than 375K. Have prices gone down from there? Seems like a lot of $ to share walls.... Also, does anyone know what the $305 Hoa fee covers monthly?

I have friends who purchased a townhome new construction at Paloma. They love the location.

This was in 2012, they spent under 300k new construction, so if the prices are now close to 400 they've appreciated quite a bit.
