Is the computer store in the plaza near the movie theater but on the road more towards Glades? I ask cause I had work done on my computer there. That area is busy. The major issue I see with businesses is that off season you will have a very slow time and in season of course it will pick up. I cant say how a computer store does there because in the nearby shopping plaza there is a Best Buy. The area in general is filled with shopping plazas and buildings. Then there are some residential subs with condos, apartments, and homes.

Thank you DaniellaG , I haven't seen the business yet or bought it but I am arriving in April to checkout the place . Yes its in the same plaza where Best buy is just next to Quizno Sub . So far from the discussion with owner it seems like there is alot of potential if someone wants to diversify . I will try to get some IT contracts from near by businesses Introduce Digital Video Surveillance , Electronic Repair as well as add some more options as apple accessories , covers and chargers .

441 and Glades is pretty busy. I have been a lifelong resident of Boca Raton. The Shadowwood Plaza on the North east corner of Glades and 441 is pretty dead as the movie theater cannot compete with the newer theaters in Boca and most of the stores have gone in and out of business. Best Buy is the anchor store in that shopping plaza. In Mission Bay Plaza on the northwest corner. toys r us would be the anchor store there. All the plazas in that area are extremely busy. Are you thinking of retail?

The shop I am looking into is in the North East plaza ..
but away from the Regal Cinema and closer to TuttiFruiti Icecream shop .. It will be a retail store with bit more add on to it but within the boundary of Consumer products .
So its not wise to purchase the business if its located in NORTH EAST plaza (Shadowood Plaza ) ??
