Anyone live or ever live in PGA? I think that's where we will rent for the first couple of months while we are looking for a home.

What's it like to live there year round?

I lived in Legacy Place for a year and really liked it.
Great location.
PGA as a whole is a nice area, lots of shopping and restaurants.

Nice area from what I recall. Might want to be careful about the pool though lol. I suffered corneal burns from the levels being off when I was kid (over ten years ago) and had to spend a few hours in the ER.

I hear you, however I suspect they have that corrected - it was ten years ago... =)

Since we are staying at PGA, that of course, is where we are beginning to feel the most comfortable.

Anyone live in PGA now? Do you like it, how long have you lived here, would you do it again? If not, why not?

How about the homes, it's a beautiful resort, it gets crowed in the winter with visitors and snowbirds. How about the condition of homes? There are a great many homes we have looked at here and most need a MASSIVE amount of work on the inside. At least anything on a golf course does.

What about resale value? What are your opinions on whether it will hold it's value? It's an aging community but do you think the old owners (it seems that many older ones who were original owners are either moving or dying off) will eventually be replaced by younger ones since the value of the community seems to be high since there are any other communities like it around here. (At least none that you can live in without joining for a bazillion dollars...)

Bringing this back, hopefully someone will see it and comment.
Thanks.

It shouldn't lose money but I don't see wood frame homes skyrocketing in value anytime soon unless firewood prices hit hyperinflation!
