Hello,
We are looking at becoming snowbirds this winter and see that Chasewood (North) of Jupiter has some reasonable seasonal rentals. Can anyone tell me anything about this association and area? Is it generally safe?

Also --we are looking for information on Jupiter Bay. Any information you can provide on either association would be helpful. Thanks so much!

Look at an aerial photo and you will see the huge city sewer plant directly next to Chasewood.
Jupiter Bay is next to the beach, I suspect that is what you are looking for.

Thanks. We would definitely prefer Jupiter Bay and being so close to the beach, but I was just wondering about Chasewood because the rates are reasonable and it seems like a nice association. We would be using this time in Jupiter as a trial, to explore and drive around and to get a feel for living in the area. We are hoping to become Florida residents at some point soon.

Chasewood is a condo community in West Jupiter about 4 miles from the beach. It is on Central Blvd. north of the water treatment plant. It is an affordable community with nice people. I suspect the rents are low because of the water treatment plant. If you plan on spending most of you days traveling around Florida, it is very close to 95 and Florida's Turnpike.
