I'm considering buying a home in this area. Relocating from Chicago with my husband and 2 kids (3 and 4 yrs old) we are in our mid 30s. Any thoughts on this community? Is it a good area to buy, are the homes well built, do people like the neighborhood?

I heard it is pretty nice community with good amenities for the kids and lots of young families live their so I don't think you would have any issue making friends your age. But sorry I cant get any more in depth hopefully someone else answers your question fully. Oh and good luck to your family in making the right choice on the community best suited for you.

There are a couple people on the forums that live in there I believe, if you do a search for Rialto a long thread should come up..
Did you check out Abacoa as well?

Rialto is a very family friendly community with great amenities and a good community feel. There are plenty of other options in this area depending on what exactly you are looking for. Schools in general are great with most Elementary and Middle Schools being rate an A or A+ (with the exception of one Elementary School).
