New to City Data:

We are planning to sell our home in Massachusetts and move to Tampa/St. Pete Florida later this year. We are selling off most of our furniture and will have left what will fit into a one bedroom condo when we move.

We have looked at PODS and ABF and have been turned off by the bad reviews posted online.

We would really appreciate any advice or recommendations about moving companies/services.

We would also appreciate any info about living in Tampa as opposed to St. Pete. Just the two of us, no kids, no pets, looking to live in a 2 bedroom bath and a half condo with a garage.

Thanks in advance,

Bert

I had a lot of furniture moved from Western Massachusetts (Amhert area) to South Florida ( about 2-3 hours further south than Tampa) by a local Massachusetts mover called Warrior Spirit Movers. We were able to piggyback with another load and I highly recommend their services.
