Hi, I'm looking to get info on West Delray Beach and The Bridges community is it a good place for a young family? How's the community lifestyle? What are the people like? What are the schools like? I'm relocating from the midwest.

Well as far I know they have fun clubhouse activities for kids to enjoy and offer a playground as well but do know the original "The Bridges" is almost sold out so if you want somewhat established community you might want to look there first but it seems like a good mix of young families in addition to retirees so good luck with your search.

Yes, The Bridges are pretty much built out, but there's Seven Bridges right across the street - same builder.

Great community if you are looking for a nice modern house in a resort like community.
I'd look at the Canyons communities as well. Same builder and considerably less expensive.

I am wondering about this community as well. We have been to see the models at 7 Bridges and they are very nice, but we were told it would be about a year to completion. None of the amenities are built yet at 7 Bridges.

The Bridges is pretty much built out but there are resales on the market. I am also curious to hear from anyone there. Are you happy with the community? Is there flexibility in the HOA to make the yards a bit more private such as adding extra landscaping. They are very close together.
Do you think the homes will hold their value? The prices seem high but again, this is new construction so if demand is there…
