There are facilities and lots of play things for the kids. Sometimes you can see the wild parrots squawking in the trees! This will also be a bit of a drive. It's not much further south of Lake Worth beach, but 'nicer'. You will figure it out...just go to them all and a favorite will pick you. East to West traffic BLOWS! Oh, if you do go to Singer Island, you will have to drive through Riviera Beach: windows up, doors locked. Enjoy...you have moved to paradise. (which you will be sharing with 1+ million others).
Thank you! I know that we are far from the beach in Wellington, but that is fine with me. I've actually lived in a beach town my whole life and don't mind a little bit of a drive to get to ocean (Hurricane Sandy made my very fearful of living too close to the water. Half of our town was *literally* underwater and I'm still a little freaked about it). I love all of the input I've gotten on this. We will be moving down for good on April 28th and I am beyond excited!!

i second the poster whom mentioned gulfstream park. it is very very small from a parking perspective (so get there early), but pristine.
