In terms of hospitality, people greeting you as they pass (or you greeting them), ability to carry a conversation with a stranger in public...
Where do you see that as the most prevalent? Certainly, would not be Miami and Downtown Ft Lauderdale, would it? Unless that was your experience? It's all subjective, right?
For me, I would probably have to go with rural towns such as Clewiston and Frostproof, those on the edge of Lake Okeechobee, the Florida Keys, Wellington/Loxahatchee Groves, northern Florida, etc, etc. I'm sure my friendliest experiences thus far have been in the Panhandle and/or Lake City area, but that might just be a part of the Southern hospitality culture.

panhandle for me

also smaller, rural areas of Central FL are pretty friendly too

South FL definitely would rank last

My experience is that if I'm friendly, others are friendly back. All parts of Florida.
