Hi All,
What's the story on Jupiter Farms these days? Getting gentrified? Is it still all well and septic, etc.

How does it compare the the more suburban areas around it here in 2018?

Good place to be, or not worth the trouble?

The Farms weathered the economic downturn 10 years ago just like everyone else. There were some properties that suffered from lackluster upkeep...there were short sales and foreclosures...the "economic barrier to entry" somewhat lowered...

But the farms is still relatively unique because of the large lot sizes, freedom from overbearing POA types, and proximity to Jupiter/good schools/Atlantic Ocean/95/Turnpike.
There will always be some demand for that. But it's a choice.

Farms is the same but prices are higher......still plenty of dirt roads and everyone is on well water. Traffic is worse out there because of the 2 new developments west of the turnpike.

Palm Beach Country estates on the other hand now has city water if you want to hook up to it and seems more roads are paved.

Tequesta is just older version of what was already there.
Juno has a few new developments.
