Application Process (Century Village, Century: HOA, credit check, residency)

Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me the exact steps in the application process for residency in Century Village, WPB?
I know the realtor takes my application along with my check, etc., to the Board President … but what happens after that? Thanks.

Pretty sure there’s a credit check, background check. If approved probably a meeting with the Hoa to go over rules for the community.
