Hello, my wife and I are relocating from NYC to Boca. We're debating about Boca Bridges vs. Royal Palm Polo. We are also open to WCC or Boca Bath & Tennis if we can find the right house. The high-end of our price range is $1.5mln. Any advice from people in the area or people who made the move? We are very active, in our 30's, have a 10 month old son and plan to have at least one other child. Seems like a wonderful place to raise a family.

Boca Bridges/Royal Palm Polo are newer, watch the school zoning in those areas as it is right on the Delray border.

Woodfield is older, watch out for the club membership requirements

Boca Bath is the oldest of the group, but there has been new construction in there and the schools are good. Look into Les Jardins also, larger homes/lots/good schools/gated but no club memberships.

You will find plenty of ex-NYr's but watch how fast they throw out "from Manhattan" only to later learn it was really Brooklyn/Bronx.

If you are looking for amenities (to be active) the bridges communities really have a nice setup.
Wcc will have considerable fees unless you are really going to use the golf/facilities.
