There should be no problem with that anywhere in S. Florida.

The Acreage is an unincorporated part of Palm Beach County, which consists of parts of Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Loxahatchee. We lived there for 10 years and loved it. It is VERY family friendly and the schools are the best. Here is the website for the area The Acreage - The Acreage 's Online Newsletter

Loxahatchee is zip 33470 and West Palm Beach is 33412. And like I said there are many mixes of heritages there. Also, you can go to GreatSchools.net and look up some of the schools. Our kids went to Pierce Hammock Elementary and we absolutely loved the school. You can IM me if you have any other questions.

Lake Worth is a good location for mixed neighborhoods.

Lake Worth is barely mixed at all... most of the neighborhoods are 60% Hispanic or more.

Royal Palm Beach is mostly Caucasian but has a growing Hispanic community, and Wellington has more Hispanics than in Jupiter. Most of the majority Hispanic neighborhoods in Palm Beach County are run down and plagued with issues such as gangs and violence. You're not going to find a "good" community that is majority Hispanic, but you can find a safe community that contains a good number of Hispanics in it (but are still the minority).

This might sound ridiculous to the majority of the posters, but Wellington. They are at least a double digit percentage of the population and it's generally a good area to locate.

Is the area down by Havana restaurant safe?

I think it's primarily Cuban, the area around Dixie and Olive where they intersect Forest Hill going west on Forest Hill to I-95

I see a lot of Cuban restaurants and bakeries in the area and they even have a Sedano's down on Dixie

It's true, this area of West Palm Beach is majority Cuban. This is where my friend from Hialeah moved to, but other types of Hispanics live there as well, such as Guatemalans, Mexicans, and I even see some Colombians too.

It's not the most dangerous section of West Palm Beach, but it's not the best either. Some sections are run down, it's one of those weird areas that can vary from street to street.

Dania Beach? Dania is very white and in addition very trashy. Don't know how somebody could mention safe near Latino areas without mentioning Weston. Only 15 other safer cities in the US, well at least that's what City-Data says.

I know that they did but I was replying to the comment that was above me suggesting they should look in Dania Beach.
