Does anyone know whats happening to the old Century Village Golf Course? I know the city rezoned it and it was slated for retail development but its either stalled or the developer changed his mind (there IS already to much retail in that area more is crazy). Does anyone have any CURRENT information?? Is there a developer or are there actual plans you could see? I'm thinking of buying a condo facing the golf course and right now its a lush green wild life preserve. But eventually it will be developed. Looking at beautiful single family homes is one thing , looking at a Walmart is another. Does anyone have any info?? THANKS !!!!!
