Does any on know of a nice area in Delray, Boynton or Boca with no HOA? We have a nice boat on a trailer that we just can not afford to put in storage, so we need a place that allows us to either keep in in the driveway or put it "hidden" in the backyard. We also don't want a place that has an HOA b/c I prefer not to be told what my house color must be painted! thanks.

Try Golfview harbour off Golf Rd, east of congress and just south of Woolbright Rd. No HoA there and plenty boats in driveays and sideyards. Boca I don't think allows boats in driveways. Also try Chapel Hill off seacrest south of Woolbright. Golfview better bet for your price range
good luck
