Hi - New member. I live in palm beach gardens and need to move soon. I am a 28 year old single girl and would love to find out if there are young single areas or buildings in palm beach county. The gardens are mostly retired people. Any ideas? Rita

Heh, Welcome to South Florida! I think any building you go to you will find lots of retirees. Not sure what building you are in now but if you are renting maybe finding a rental in Legacy Place or some of the townhome communities tend to be younger professionals.
If you are looking for a different city then maybe Downtown West Palm, or Boynton Beach in the Renaissance Commons area would be good choices.
But it is Snowbird heaven down here...

hi rgoldblatt,

I am 26 years old and married and just purchased a townhome in PGB in legends. I went down there to visit earlier this month and the places I visited (mostly restaurants) I wasnt overwhelmed with older/retired people. It was pretty quiet because it is summer and I assume will get busier during the fall/winter.

You would surely know better than I would...I'm happy with the area since I can easily drive to jupiter and west palm beach as well as other parts of palm beach county.
