Snowbird getting ready to come down and set up a new business while I'm down there. , someone has to take advantage of the foreclosures right?

I know I bashed the S. Florida job market (with good reason), but I must say that the number of foreclosures in PBC and Broward are ripe for the pickings (not to mention I'm being readily reminded that it actually gets cold some places still!).

You guys miss me?

Don't blow your own trumpet.

There's plenty of us who have anticipated it and been doing brisk business for a while now, having snatched some seriously sweet foreclosures way before the snowbird season starts.

Good luck in November, haha. It'll be tight. Hahaha.

If you look for homes in Delray Beach, Florida, be careful about buying at Ironwood Properties Cannery Row townhouse project. Prospective buyers of Cannery Row townhomes need to check for the possibility that Chinese Drywall was used in that project. Ironwood Properties, Delray Beach, Florida, used Chinese Drywall in its Antilles project at Vero Beach, Florida. Approximately 1/2 of the homes built by Ironwood Properties between 2005 and 2008 at its The Antilles project at Vero Beach, Florida, have been found to be contaminated by Chinese Drywall. The homes in this project ranged in price from $500,000 to $800,000. Ironwood Properties, and its president, Cary Glickstein, have been unresponsive to inquiries by affected homeowners. CDW was identified as containing volatile sulfur compounds as early as 2002.
