I know Boca and Delray seems to have a huge amount of snow birds. I see so many car transport companies right now.

I am sorry I am an idiot. I need to read more carefully. Hope you find something for them. I did see a lot of rentals in Jupiter Ocean and Raquet club for short term and heard it is nice.

Jupiter - is a good choice. It has beautiful beaches, fishing, and golf courses. We have nice restaurants, some of which on the water. Roger Dean Stadium has spring training baseball. It is a short drive to the Palm Beach Gardens Mall and Legacy Place for shopping. For the basics we have a large Walmart, Home Depot and several Publix grocery stores. We also have a Florida Turnpike and I-95 interchange here, so getting to other places is an easy drive. Orlando is 2 1/2 hours north, Miami is 2 hours south. If they wish to attend a world class performance - the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is a 30 min. drive south to West Palm Beach. We truly have everything including an Old Light House, but we still feel like a small town.
