want move in del prado school area is there any 2 bedroom house on rent? (Mission Bay: apartment)

Hi everyone I live in boca for last one year and my 8 year daughter is selected for gifted in del prado school. Now I know there are very less apartment comunity in that area and lot of own houses. I tried looking for a house to rent in that area. and no result. So thaught of this site u guies can help me. I cant affored 5 bedroom big house to rent. but please let me know if u know any house is on rent in this area please!

I think Gables Marabella in Boca is that school. I could be wrong but I thought I saw that when I went to look at them. They were pretty nice townhomes. There were homes near there too. My suggestion is to drive around the area and write down the name of the complex of homes and then do an online search or look on realtor.com

Gables Marbella is zoned for Del Prado Elem, Omni Middle and from what the girl said Olympic High School. although someone in that area said they go to West Boca HS so not sure...We wanted Spanish River when we were looking now I remember why we didnt move there..lol

Very nice complex with nice amenities and nice townhomes with 2 car garages..

The other two rental complexes that are in the Del Prado school boundary zone are Addison Place and Savannah (?). Gables Marbella is the most expensive of the three. You can also rent apt.s, townhouses and homes from private owners. Just Google "Boca Rentals Del Prado". I was living in Mission Bay and although my kids got into the gifted program for Del Prado for kindergarten, I chose to move to the Del Prado zone in case they don't stay in that program. This way they will still go to Del Prado and won't have to switch schools if that happens. Good Luck!
