Tough question... Depends upon what you are looking for and where exactly in Delray/Wellington. I mean there are multi-million dollar houses on the beach and there are 50 year of houses which cost less than 250K.

I would say plan on spending 350K - 500K for a decent 3 to 4 bedroom house in a nice part of Delray/Wellington. I just did a MLS search for both cities and median price is around 540K. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.

Disclosure: I am a licensed Realtor in FL.

Default My house in Delray is for sale!!

I have been living in Delray beach for about 6 years now, For a decent 3 bed. home you are definately looking at OVER 300K, because the area is so popular. I am trying now to sell my house, which is a very nice large 3/2 home and I am asking mid. 300K..... But I will take any good offer. good luck if you are moving down here, it's a very nice area!! But i need to leave for different reasons.

there was just an article in the paper that said that palm beach county has the
highest prices in the tri county area. Delray is a funny area. Very mixed. High end housing then crummy neighborhoods mixed in.
forget wellington rediculous prices. WAY too far west. Im soured on fla grew up here watched it fall into sh**. Look into melbourne, or citrus springs on the west coast.
