Spent the day looking at rentals near the above and it's beautiful, but it seemsto be very congested. Am I right?
I think I need an area zoned for publics nearby NOT so congested... Next?

its very congested by the mall, which again why we moved here where we are...We arent that congested here...The mall area is always congested anywhere we lived....lol

The area is busy by the mall. Also a busy backed up area because of the construction which has been for a year is where jog turns into powerline in del mar area I think. It will be less busy though as spring/summer comes due to snow birds. Did you mean publix store? There is one by the mall. Are you in Florida? I am confused but since you said you are going to look today I am thinking so. Hope something peaked your interests
