There's plenty of things for people of all ages to do. PGA Blvd had 99 restaurants at one point and a lot of them are good. Close to some great beaches and there's two really nice malls, one indoor one outdoor.
I just moved to Legacy Place and really like it. It all depends on what your price range is and if you want a townhome, SFH, or a Condo as far as to what the neighborhoods are more popular.
Downtown at the Gardens would probably be the "in" place to hangout. Movie theater, a few good restuarants, Whole Foods, and some other shopping.

Just visited there this weekend for the first time. PGA is beautiful. Had never been to a Greenwise before and loved it. Much nicer than WF IMO, but I dont want to derail the thread.

Palm Beach Gardens is great, nice homes, low crime rate, good restaurants, shopping and close to major highways. Palm Beach Gardens hospital is an excellent hospital. Beaches are close. Baseball stadium and Abacoa are close as well.

Best of luck.

How dare "crazy pittsburgh Brian" post comments on Pittsburgh City Data. You give your opinion and he gives his. That is what we are here for.

PGA Blvd during season can be considered a negative, with all the snowbirds driving around aimlessly 20 miles under the speed limit with their right blinker on turning left I guess stuff like that happens in any SOFLO city during season though.
Compared to some of the surrounding areas real estate is a little higher priced.
It is a smaller city, but there is still a lot of stuff to do. We've lived in WPB and Boynton and think this is where we're going to settle down.

I've been to the Borders on Riviera Beach. It wasn't that bad. They had a great selection of periodicals and a nice music section in addition to the books.

Yes, but even then some parts have the buffer of Lake Park and North Palm Beach.
