Wondering if anyone can help....I'm looking for a reasonably priced....ie, as far under 500.00 a month as possible, house or trailer for rent in the Mount Storm, WV area.

Two or three bedroom (prefer 3 bdrms but will make do with 2)
storage/possibly a basement
must allow children
must allow pets...I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, all are house trained indoor animals...dogs taken out on leash and pooper scooped
prefer wood floors.
need hookups for washer/dryer

also would like to know if cell phone signal and/or high speed internet is available (I know I'm dreaming here!)

Need as soon as possible....before the school year begins.

Thanks a bunch for any help you can give me!

Is the Thomas area too far of a drive for you?
I'd look there. Lots of rentals there because a lot of people rent their places out to skiers for the ski season. There is cell phone signal and/or high speed internet available.

If you have to have Mt. Storm area, take a trip to the area and head to the post office or store(s) in Bayard & Gormania. Ask if they know of anyone who has a place to rent.

Not joking about that, my son was working in an area not too far from that area of the state and wanted to rent a house. The lady in the hotel where he was staying knew someone who knew someone who's mother had recently paased away and her fully furnished house was sitting empty. They sized my son up and rented to him.
