That's right. There will be two toll plazas. Not only is it expensive for commuters, but it is also expensive for the state of West Virginia. They could have easily used the plaza on the PA side and have a check mailed to Charleston every month, but the West Virginia legislature rejected that proposal. West Virginia decided to spend extra money to place a toll plaza in their territory.
A newspaper article stated that the plaza will be a small facility that will accept cash and E-ZPass.
Thing is, you elect people to office who seem fine at the
surface, but the closer they get to Charleston the more
stupid they become. Nothing surprises me out of the
Legislature.
