Hello,

I'll be working in Charles Town soon and am looking for rentals either in Charles Town or anywhere within a 15-20 minute drive. I'm new to the area so was hoping someone would give me names of some nice rental apartments that I could look up online or call.

Also, I'm looking to spend up to $1000 a mth for a 2 bedroom. Could make do with a 1 bedroom for cheaper.

For 1,000 you could probably get into a nice townhouse or small home. Not many apartments around that are decent anyway.

There are very few apartments in that area or surrounding area, but there are houses to rent. Try HomesDatabase - Home for Sale and Rent in DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, it has a nice map feature where you can zoom in or out to expand your search. Start with Charles Town and go from there.
