Looking for gym w/ child care - Clarksburg/Bridgeport or Morgantown (Cheat Lake: health club, health)

I am wondering if anyone knows of any gym / fitness center / health club in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport or Morgantown area that offers child care?

There's a big gym on 857, north of Cheat Lake. In fact, it might be across the border in Pennsylvania. Just from appearances driving by, it looks to be a gym/child care center, but I can't tell for sure.

That might be a little bit out of the way for you, though, it's probably 10-15 miles from Morgantown proper.
