Bailey in Post #8 mentions Real Estate Bundling...where several properties are rolled into one larger parcel...

What if those properties were bought for low value because of the depressed area of the city and then filtered several times through 'Dummy companies set up to move the transaction to a higher future value after the improvements were made...

Say lots were valued at $5,000 before the highway and $85,000 after the highway...call it an 'Equity Shift...

Company 'A' buys the property and holds it for 3 years...sells it to company 'B' for triple the paid value...this is done four or five times...at the end of the sales period the property is worth $100 million dollars and it only cost $50 million to actually build the road...

Who got the $100 million? Who were the principals in those 'dummy companies..

That is the $64.00 question

That $100 million???

That was your money, sweetheart...and they do it time after time...all over the USA...and with so many of our providers from out of state and out of country...who can keep up with the paper trail?

Birds of a feather.

I've read recent polls that 30% of Democrats in West Virginia won't vote for him, and sadly, a poll of State employees are in favor of him for Senate, just to get him out of West Virginia.

A barometer will be if he can take his own home county...

Charlotte Pritt beat him bad years ago..
If she was active today, she would be in todays Tea Party, for sure...

Raese might be rich, but he is basically an ordinary fellow... not the elitist type. He is very popular in Monongalia, and his workers have nothing but good things to say about him.
