Also, if the eastern panhandle would join either VA or MD, its young people would qualify for in-state tuition at VA or MD residential universities. CharlesTown's horse racing could stay (but not the slot machines), since racing is now legal in VA as well as MD.

Cow you only speak for southern WV and yes they would not want to join a bunch of fat old uneducated druggies from southern WV. The coolest place is Motown, and the economic activity is in NCWV, along with the shale. Of course in the new Northern WV there is no leeching, like the parasites from Mercer do, everyone would work together.

Yes, I do believe we use your T-shirt as a tarp for weddings and family reunions. On the plus side it is able to provide cover to over hundred people, on the negative it is smelly, emits meth fumes, and pollution. Overall, it was a good buy since we bought it from a desperate Mercer resident, I believe a relative of yours, along with 100 acres in that godforsaken county for one pepperoni roll. It was the best meal they had in years.
