I plan on visiting West Virginia near Ritchie County coming from Miami, FL soon. What are some good gift ideas for my hosts in WV? Also, any tips on what to do. Thanks!

Will you be traveling up the WV Turnpike? (1-77/64) cause if so you should stop at Tamarck which is our state's largest center for state made products. You can't miss the place because you'll see signs for it for 40 miles. Although maybe you should bring them something from Miami, that would be nice!

almost certainly stop in Charleston and visit the village district. There you can find some awsome dining, shopping, and museums. Another gift idea might be from the store Stray Dog Antiques. It is probably my favorite store in town!

There isn't much to do in Ritchie County, so I'd take the oppertunity to do things on your way to and from. Hope yo enjoy your visit!

North Bend State Park and the new lake is in Ritchie county. Last time I was there, the Rails to Trails area had horse and bike rentals, you can ride the rail bed and check out some tunnels.

You won't be too far from the Parkersburg area (about 20 miles), but not knowing your interests makes it a bit hard to make suggestions.
