What is the scoop tell me the good the bad and the ugly.
What is the pop of the local cities?
College town?
Do they sell alcohol?
What is the local educational level of the population?

Not sure what you mean by "pop" of the local cities, but
Morgantown is one of the 50 best educated towns in the Nation.
They do sell alcohol in every city in West Virginia, as far as I know.
Some may disagree, but in my opinion Morgantown is the only city
in the state of any size that would be considered primarily a college
town.

Is it possible to make a post without it being hijacked about how good Morgantown is? The op was asking about Justice a town 230 miles away. Give us a break.
