I passed by the Old Courthouse Square shopping center in Martinsburg this morning, and it looks like they're doing construction on the old Schewels. Looks to me like some type of decorative structure on the corner of the building is going up. Anyone know what's going in there?
There was a permit for an ALDI store across the street to the right of Advanced Auto Parts. Perhaps they have decided to save money and use the existing structure. The portion on the corner where the main construction seems to be accuring does closely resemble an ALDI storefront. Whatever it is going to be, they are not using the entire building, just the left side. Therefore, there could be multiple new tenants in the old building. -mmccul
I passed it this morning and there's a sign on the building that says "MedExpress Urgent Care." I was hoping for Aldi.
Med Express has been going crazy recently by building new places all over the state. They have just built two here.
As for ALDI, There is one right near my campus, but I've only been in there once. It is a nice store though.
