They also have a location across from the old Chrysler/VW/Sony plant near Mt. Pleasant. And Halliburton must have a facility around here somewhere... I see caravans of 10-12 red Halliburton trucks on Toll-66 two or three times a week.

Most of these companies have base cites in Pa. because of tax reasons.
Also, as they get their work more completed in Pa, they will come into Wv.
The development work here will last 5-7 years
