Two interesting articles I found.

Group: Now

This article I found was good info about buying a home in Berkeley County. I stand corrected on a former statement, according to this article the median rent in the county is 1200 a month. This was higher then I thought, but considering lower housing cost right now you could by a home and have a cheaper monthly payment.

Macy's bringing 1,900 new jobs to area - journal-news.net | News, sports, jobs, community information for Martinsburg - The Journal

This second article is about the Macy's distribution facility adding 1200 full and part time positions along with 700 seasonal workers, not bad. I also found it interesing that this facility will be 32 acres under roof, thats huge.
