Great article on the huge difference in housing cost in WV. I was surprised that mcdowell county has an average housing cost of 20,000.

Jefferson, Hampshire, Berkeley, and Morgan... no surprise there. All are rapidly growing with commuters to the DC area, Hagerstown, and Winchester.

On the other end of the spectrum, there's McDowell... no surprise there either, unfortunately.

Very unfortunate indeed, although if you are looking to load up on land it would be the cheapest possible.
