Hey Everyone,

We are currently renting in the Charles Town area and are looking to possibly purchase a house in the upcoming months. I see that the homes in Fox Glen are very low priced for what seems to be decent houses inside and out. What's the catch? Is this a "bad neighborhood"? We'd love to know more about it. Thanks for your time.

Pvt owned well. Meaning you can get outragous water bills. Check the Rules Carefully.

Not that I have heard of in the Decades I lived in the area. Drive thru.... Its mostly [was] Working poor mix of homes & mobile homes.

I'd avoid it...

This was 13 years ago, but I have heard nothing but bad things about fox glen.
