A related update to the lottery subsidies potentially being cut. If passed, some industry officials for greyhound racing state that it could lead to the end of greyhound racing in WV. I am all for that industry going away. Over the last 20 years or so, many greyhound tracks have closed all over the country. The industry is on life support and maybe its time to pull the plug.

Update on the proposed lottery cuts. The bill has passed the House and is now going to the Senate for that vote.
