A pair of projects have recently broken ground at Foxcroft Towne Center:
- OneLife Fitness: 2-story, 55,000 SF fitness center with a pool and other state-of-the-art amenities. This is exciting, since all of the gyms seem to be concentrated around the north end of town. It also helps fill a void in that area left when WVU decided to shutter the seemingly-popular Wellness Center.

- Tru by Hilton Hotel: 4-story hotel. This will be behind Home2 and Walmart on the parcel to the left of Mall Drive if you’re heading away from the property (toward downtown).
