We had Physical Ed. In school, those kids didn't look that big to me. Some great athletes and talent are there, its psychologically motivating them to want to live a healthy lifestyle.

If we can keep a generation of children from receiving any sort of SSI or disability check when they get 18 I can guarantee they will not be big because they will have to work their ass off.

The cycle must be broken.
