I will be starting working at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling and was wondering what are the places to look for living. I am mainly looking for reasonable (not expensive) prices, safe neighborhood that is close to Walmart/grocery store. Mainly 2 bedroom apartments.

Anyone has any advice on where and what to look for and navigate in this city? Thank you!
